Our INVESTMENT PROPERTY funding program is designed for non Owner Occupied investment property that will be held by the buyer and rented out. This funding can be combined with Fix and Flip funding on BUY FIX and HOLD deals.

Solutions for structured debt, equity, and mezzanine financing is available for OWNER OCCUPIED and FIX AND FLIP Mixed-use, warehouse, industrial, and rental properties.
